Born and raised in the city of Detroit, Michigan, I am a dedicated nurse with dedicated experience in providing compassionate care. At 33 years old, I balance my professional life with the joys and challenges of being a loving mother to five wonderful children. Life has also presented its trials, I navigate the world as a widow, carrying forward the strength and lessons from my past experiences. I am deeply committed to my family and my community, always striving to make a positive impact through my work and daily interactions. Whether at the hospital or at home, I am a steadfast advocate for the well-being of others, dedicated to nurturing and guiding my children towards bright and promising futures.
In 2019, I faced the profound loss of my husband to suicide, an event that has deeply influenced my personal and professional life. This tragedy has strengthened my resolve to support others dealing with mental health challenges. I am dedicated to raising awareness about mental health, providing compassionate care, and nurturing my family with love and resilience.
I moved to Ohio in 2004, where all my children were born. Becoming a mother at the young age of 16, I embraced the challenges and joys of motherhood early in life. Two years ago, I decided to seek a fresh start for my family and myself, so I moved to Houston, Texas with my five children. Despite having no family in Texas to lean on, I've been navigating this new chapter with determination and hope for a bright future for us all.
